Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit your withdrawal via our Returns Center, which is linked in the footer of our website.

After your withdrawal has been received by the Returns Center, you will receive confirmation and further instructions for returning the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 7 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery,

for the supply of goods which are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
